Will I be charged for customs and import fees? 

All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it; however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery, especially to overseas countries.
